These questions are for the Ryan family to assist with management of their email accounts.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Go to
https://knockanore.com:8443
Once here, you need to enter your entire email address, with the @knockanore.com bit, then enter your password in the box and click "Login". Don't forget to log out when you're finished.
Click on Preferences, and then enter your new email password twice. Then click OK.
Q: Webmail
A: Webmail can be accessed from webmail.knockanore.com. Your username
doesn't need the @knockanore.com bit.
Q: Outlook settings (or any other email
program)
A: When setting up a new account in Outlook, you will need the
following:
Account type: POP3
Username: [Email address including @knockanore.com]
Password: [Your account password]
Incoming mail server: mail.knockanore.com
Outgoing mail server: [Your ISP's mail server, e.g. mail.eircom.net]
